I've e-mailed a couple of times and heard nothing, but I received the regular edition of the Curse of the Crimson Throne hardcover instead of the limited. The shipment e-mail reflected that the limited edition was ordered, and intended to ship. Please let me know what I need to do to get the proper copy sent.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry that we had not yet responded to your email; we are working through a bit of a backlog in our inbox and had not yet reached it. Thank you so much for your patience!

I've got a replacement Limited Edition set up in your sidecart, and it should be swept into your December order sometime today or tomorrow. Just check your December subscription email once you receive it, and let me know if anything looks incorrect.

In the meantime, I'll go ahead and get a label sent to you so that you can return the other copy to us. Would you prefer to have that label sent in the mail, or just emailed? Once I hear back from you, I'll be sure to get it taken care of.

It looks like your replacement book is currently pending in you order #4148938, so you should be all set there. I'll get that label emailed out later today, and then that should do it! Just let me know if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.
