i am unsure if you are able to help me
the Order 4090560 has not arrived and i am unable to track it as you do not offer it and now i am without items i ordered in September that were for a gift. considering i had issues having you even meet the original order ship date in the first place and had to enquire on this same forum to even be told what was going on.
i would expect a company one of the most well known suppliers in this industry would have more communication with customers regarding our orders. i am really disappointed with this.
i would ask that you make tracking available to international customers because for an order of $50 USD it costs me close to $70 AUS and i would like to be able to track my package. i would like to arrange something

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it appears that it was sent from our warehouse on 10/27 with an estimate of 12 - 20 business days in transit. Since business days do not take into account weekends or holidays, our estimate would put it arriving around today. However, there can sometimes be delays, especially with customs, so I think it's probable that the shipment is still in transit.
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to track international shipments that are sent out via Standard Post. The only shipping method that provides international tracking information is UPS International, which is often quite a bit more expensive than the other options.
In this case, I would say it's best to wait a few more days to see if it was delayed due to customs or other postal holdups. If you still have not seen the shipment by the end of this week, let us know and we'll be happy to get a replacement set up for you. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.
