Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that your order should be almost there. If you take a look at the confirmation email you received when the order was shipped out, it should include a tracking link. Judging by that link, the shipment was transferred to a Post Office in your city on the 18th.
There should be a Delivery Confirmation Number listed on your tracking information, which should be the number that the Postal Service needs to look up the whereabouts of your package. I think the best idea would be to contact your local Post Office with the tracking information and see if they can give you any more information.
