Hi,

I placed the above order on 1 November 2016. The order status said it was expected to ship in 1 to 7 business days, and this has not occurred. The order status now says "originally expected to ship in 1 to 7 business days" but has no further information. I also emailed a query regarding the order 4 days ago, and am yet to receive a response. Can you please advise me the status of this order, and when I can expect it to ship?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've looked into your account, and it seems like your order should have been able to ship by now. Our warehouse has been a bit backed up recently, but I'll go ahead and give your order a nudge to see if I can get it out of here. Once it's been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know.
