I have the opportunity to play Serpent's Ire, but have not yet been able to play Serpent's Rise. Based off of plot/rp connection and potential boons lost (if any, no spoilers please), is it worth playing Ire now? Or should I sit at a different table and hold off on Ire until I'm able to play Rise?
Thank You for the insight!

While you don't need to play Rise to have fun with Ire, I would strongly recommend playing them in order. There is a lot of reference to the events in Rise (3 of the pregens were also available to play in Rise, and their character sheet reflects that), and there could be a potential boon on the chronicle sheet, depending on who you played in Rise.

It depends on whether you believe you'll get the chance to play Serpents Rise within a reasonable time frame or not.
If you will, then I think it's worth holding off on playing Serpents' Ire, as there is some continuity regarding the PCs, and events and outcomes from the earlier adventure are referred to in the later one, so you would be spoiling some things for yourself by playing Serpents' Ire first.
But if playing Serpents Rise is just a pipe dream, Serpents' Ire stands on its own perfectly well; it also links into the ongoing metaplot of season 7 (and beyond) so is worth playing if you're invested in that to any degree.

I just played them this weekend and it was really cool to see the continuity of the characters. So, yes, try to play them in order, but don't sweat it. The characters that carry over have their backstories fleshed out, but those didn't seem to give away spoilers (at least not any that would give an advantage).
The stories themselves are separate; two unconnected missions against different opponents. The scenarios are just cool excuses to see behind-the-scenes events in Golarion's power struggles. Arguably, playing Ire first might even make some parts of Rise more resonant.
I was advised to apply them to the same PC, though I haven't looked at the chronicle sheets to see why.
Cheers

There is a lot going on for one of the characters who has a through-story. Another one may have similar levels of interesting coming.
I strongly recommend play them in order, as soon as you can. And PM me if you're curious who I think has that much strength of continuity.
