Order # 4129636

So, I thought this was resolved, but when the items were moved away from cancelled they were combined with my subscription (Order 4129634) into a brand new order (referenced in the tile). However, I would like to have the items from Order 4127863 (Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Horror Realms and Pathfinder Player Companion: Blood of the Beast) shipped now vs with my the next subscription shipment.

My conversation with CS let me know the original issue was with a bug, is this a further issue related to items being ordered/shipped that were part of what is an active subscription?

Thank you for letting us know! I'm a bit confused, so I want to make sure what you'd like. Right now, looking into order #4129636, I see the products you mentioned (Horror Realms & Blood of the Beast) pending with your November subscription items (The First World and Paths of the Righteous), all of which are ready for shipping. It is just a matter of when our warehouse is able to reach the order and send them all out; they will not be waiting until next month.

Did you still want to separate the orders and have the first two shipped separately? Just let me know what you'd prefer, and I'll be glad to help get it taken care of.

Aha, that was the confusion! When I was talking on the phone I was told that the next shipment date would be toward the end of December. If all four items would ship toward end of this month we're all good :D
