Can I get a confirmation on my package, has been shipped? Tracking does not exist for it and my orders page said it was expected to ship 1 to 7 business days from Oct. 27.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it was indeed shipped on the 27th. It looks like the 3- 10 business day estimate would put it arriving by this past Thursday. I'm sorry that it has not yet arrived, but it could be that there was just a delay when the shipment was transferred between courier and USPS. We sometimes see this happen with items sent out via UPS Mail Innovations, but we almost always see them reach their destination a few days later.

If you still have not seen your shipment arrive by the end of this week, please let us know and we will get a replacement set up to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be glad to help out.
