Card was charged 4 times

I purchased a PDF 6 days ago. I had some trouble getting it work in the begining and found it had put those orders on pending. Thing is, 6 days past and it's still in pending. I'm not sure whats taking so long to cancel.

Thanks for letting us know about this! Taking a look into your account, it looks like there had been some initial problems charging the card, which is what caused the extra authorizations to appear. Those generally disappear on their own within 1 - 5 business days, but it can depend on the discretion of your bank.

For the time being, I've put through reversal requests which should let your bank know that we are not planning on finalizing those charges and they can release them. In the end, you should only have been charged once.
