Order 4111812

I had a problem with Order 4111812. One of the platinum 100 coins has the face that's supposed to be on the copper coins. One of the platinum 10 coins is actually a platinum 1 coin. I didn't order any 1 value coins.

The error left me with only 9 correct 10 value platinum coins and only 9 correct 100 value platinum coins. I emailed a picture to illustrate the problem. I don't know how to attach it to this post. Thanks for your help resolving this matter.
