I ordered a beginners box and two mats but its been past a week and there's no way for me to find out where it is. Will I still be charged if it doesn't arrive?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it has not yet been processed for shipping, so no need to worry about it being lost in the post. I'm sorry for the confusion!

Our orders typically have a processing time between 1 - 7 business days before they are ready to ship out, depending on our warehouse workload. I've checked into your order, and everything seems to be just fine, but our warehouse has not yet been able to reach it in their shipping queue. Once they have, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Charges are not finalized until you receive your shipping confirmation email. For more information about our authorization process, please visit our authorization FAQ here.
