Order 4103881 and 4097303

The account order system appears to be confused with the two order 4103881 and 4097303. The original items in 4097303 got charged and shipped but the items in 4103881 was merged into 4097303 and did not get updated or charged since then. Can someone help check what is the status of the order 4103881? It says "complete" because all the items have moved to 4097303. But 4097303 has already "shipped"...

Also, I see Spheres of Power printed version is stuck in my sidecart. Is it not available right now?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm not quite sure why the orders were being so stubborn, but I've separated out all the pending items into a new order. I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email for that in just a moment. Please feel free to look it over to make sure that everything looks alright, and let me know if there are any changes that need to be made.

As for Spheres of Power, it does look like we're waiting to get some more of those, so it's not ready to leave your sidecart yet. Once we've got some more, it should ship automatically.
