Missing Card from Adventure Pack

Hello,
I seem to be missing a scenario card from a brand new sealed Adventure Deck 4 from Rise of the Runelords, Fortress of the Stone Giants Adventure. I am missing the “Jorgenfist” Scenario Card. I sent this in an email on Monday the 31st but haven't gotten a reply so Im writing this post in case my email landed in the abyss. Please let me know the procedure to get a replacement card.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry that we have not gotten back to your email yet; we've been a big backlogged in our inbox recently, so it's taking us a bit longer than normal to get back to everyone. Thanks so much for your patience!

I'll be more than happy to get a replacement set up for you, but I noticed that we don't have an address on file for you. Since it's not a good idea to post your address on the messageboards, I'll go ahead and respond to your email so you can let us know that way. Once we have your information, I'll get the card sent out ASAP.
