New Pathfinder Maps Subscription Issues

I just recently started a new Pathfinder Maps subscription and noticed a couple of potential issues:

1) The Asylum flip-mat is a pending order that apparently will be shipped separately from my regular monthly order. While I do want this product, I do not want it so soon as to incur extra shipping costs. Could you please check to see whether it can be set up to ship with either this month's or next month's subscription order and whether either option would save any shipping costs? If the cheapest way to send that first flip-mat is on its own, then I have no problem with doing that.

2) Some future products from the Maps subscription are still in my sidecart. Could you please check my sidecart to ensure that I do not get any duplicate products?

Thanks for pointing this out to us! I've poked around in your account, and I believe everything should be all sorted out. I've moved the Asylum map into your currently pending subscription order, and I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email for that in just a moment.

I've also checked through your sidecart, and I believe that all products that will be sent to you as part of the Maps subscription have now been canceled. Feel free to look over the Sidecart section of your account and let me know if I missed anything.

Otherwise, you should be all set! Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can lend a hand with, and I will be more than happy to do so.
