I peeked into your order, and I didn't see the Deadly Foes case in there. It looks like you've got your subscription set to send the Battles as soon as they are available, and so they were not generated into this order. Once we're ready to get Battles subscriptions going, they should be generated into an order on their own. Sorry for any confusion with this!
