Ive emailed about this issue, but haven't gotten a response.
I started a subscription for Mummy's Mask starting with the add on pack. An expired credit card was still on my account so it came back with unable to charge. I updated with a new card but it still lists as pending.
Do I need to cancel the subscription and start over?

I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that the updated payment method had not been pushed through to the order successfully yet. I've fixed this, and it looks like the card was authorized just fine, so your order should be ready to go any time now. I'll go ahead and give it a nudge so that our warehouse knows to get it out the door as soon as possible. Once they've processed the order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization.
