The case and incentive for Deadly Foes aren't showing up in my future subscription shipments in My Subscriptions. Should I be worried, or is this normal? If it's not normal, can you fix it before the subscription starts?

Hello Kalindlara,

Thanks for the question! I believe that this is just a display error right now. We haven't generated orders for these yet, and our system seems to be a bit confused with the My Subscriptions page at the moment. I'd say to just wait until we generate those orders, and let us know if the incentive doesn't appear then; we should be able to fix it before it is shipped.
