i just got this today. was wondering where it was. Extremely water damaged and bent out of shape. I took pictures if you would like me to send them to you. if so, just let know the email address to send them. Was hoping for a replacement with next shipment.
please let me know what i need to do next.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that your shipment arrived damaged, but I've already got a replacement set up in your sidecart to be sent out with next month's subscription shipment.
