Thanks for letting us know! What I've actually done is moved the book from your sidecart into it's own order, and canceled the new order that you placed. I know it might sound weird, but since the new order was marked as being placed today, it would not have counted as a pre-order and you would not have received the free PDF with it. The book from the sidecart was marked as a preorder, so once it ships, you should receive the PDF automatically.
But the good news is that the effect should be the same! Your book should be shipping once our warehouse reaches it in the queue, rather than waiting until your next subscription shipment. Once they've finished processing it, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
