Guys, I have a question about this book. My gaming group plays both Pathfinder and 5E, so we're interested to know, what are the differences between PF and 5E variants of Demon Cults? Except 5E being done in HC, of course. I will be buying PF pdf either way, but I tend to order dead tree books via local gaming stores (mostly in order to cut on the shipping expenses), so I need to know as much as possible before I place the order. Thanks :)

Well, the seed of the book started with the Southlands cults, and was a PDF-only series for Pathfinder. People liked it, though, and wanted it expanded with more minions, magic, etc for each cult, so..... This project did that.
Eventually, we realized that 5E players would be interested, and the lore and hooks and backgrounds from the PF version could be married to different mechanics. The stats are completely different, in other words, but the cult's goals and write-ups are the same.
The developers and editors are different, of course. It's Paizo staff and freelancers on the Pathfinder version, and WotC ex-staff and a Kobold freelancer on the 5E stats.
Art is the same in both. The anti-paladin appendix is quite different in the two, as the systems handle those NPCs quite differently.
Does that help? I'm not sure I know what differences you're looking for, exactly.
