I am new to Pathfinder Society and I have been running the Kingmaker campaign with my group since June of this year. We are actually coming to the last session in part one and I encouraged my group to sign up for a PS account. My question is am I able to track my groups progress within the society for that campaign here, or do I need to be running the current campaign?
Any and all help including how to do these things among other pointers a new PS GM would need would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Many of the Adventure Paths have been sanctioned for use in Pathfinder Society (such as Hell's Rebels). That allows players to assign credit to their PFS characters when the AP group completes certain sections. Unfortunately, at this time Kingmaker is not one of the sanctioned Adventure Paths. So there is no PFS credit for running/playing it.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "track" the progress. There's no online reporting for Kingmaker completion, if that's what you are looking for. If you want to post summaries of your gaming sessions (both for posterity and to share with others online) the Campaign Journals forum is where you want to be.
Overall if you are interested in Pathfinder Society the first step is to download and read the free Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide.
Good luck and welcome to Pathfinder Society!
