Orange line is Pau's movement. 40' total (he has 50' move speed). I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to go through that energy beam to get to the blue dog.

With the wand having a crooked ray and doing paltry damage, Bella takes a quick look at the wand in her hand. She then slaps it on her knee, hoping to get the thing working better.
"Huh. The magic in this wand must be fading from being down here for ages."
She points it at the hound and shoots another ray.

Lite-Brite has truespeech, so it understands Bella (and everyone & everything else, for that matter). It pulsates in greens and blues when speaking. Once summoned by Bella, she usually casts sanctuary upon it if possible. Lite-Brite will then fly around with its 60' perfect maneuverability and cast aid, at-will, on allies to grant 1d8+3 temporary hit points.
It can also shoot 2 light rays (+3 ranged touch, 1d6 damage, bypasses all DR) with a 30 foot range.
Aura of Menace (Su): A righteous aura surrounds archons that fight or get angry. Any hostile creature within a 20-foot radius of an archon must succeed on a Will save (DC 13) to resist its effects. The save DC varies with the type of archon, is Charisma-based, and includes a +2 racial bonus. Those who fail take a –2 penalty on attacks, AC, and saves for 24 hours or until they successfully hit the archon that generated the aura. A creature that has resisted or broken the effect cannot be affected again by the same archon's aura for 24 hours.

Two blades and Tere hurry back toward the battle joined at last by Hadanka. Pau slips quietly to his feet to try and surround the blue dog.
How long does the vanish last for?
Meanwhile Belladonna tries her wand again, the blast of light must be inimical to the shadow hound as it collapses. Lite brite turns its own assault onto the last dog, wounding it slightly.

@GM. You said the hound collapsed when Bella hit it with the ray of searing light from the wand. She was shooting at the red circled one below her. The red hound is still there. The blue hound that Shen & Pau were dealing with is not there. I'm a bit confused.

I killed the wrong dog.
The world seems to rewind slowly for a moment. Must be something in the air. The blue dog doesn't fall as the beams of light strike the red dog. This one must be made of sterner stuff as it yelps in pain, but doesn't fall.

Pau punches the blue dog on the nose. It howls in pain. Shen archon sends motes of light into the blue dog, causing it further pain. In the end she gives up and magic missiles the critter, sending back to whatever shadowy hell it emerged from

Grabbing for his usual short sword that he carried for his left hand, Two Blades (down to one as the rapier along with the nice mace were still lying on the floor in the room), stabbed at the creature as it faded into view.

"The abjuration auras on the mirror and column have dissipated!"
Bella thinks for a moment. If the protective wards went away, that must mean the mirror and column are vulnerable. Maybe if the mirror is destroyed, the dark beam won't be able to reflect back to the column.
"Smash the mirror!!!"
I have 3 channels left. I'll heal us from the energy bolts if we get hit.
Trying to avoid the bolts of energy, Bella soars over to the mirror while pulling out her morningstar. With determination, she gives the mirror a good whack.

And with a crash the mirror shatters. Dark energies flood the room, badly burning Bella.
But even max damage and a failed save won't kill her
As the dark energy subsides the large crystal has melted away leaving just a small one behind.
And we are now into wrap up stage.
