I suspect that the discount is just not displaying correctly because these items are in your sidecart. While some of the items are showing the discount, I think the fact that the modules are on sale is throwing our system off a bit. For now, the best bet would be to wait until they're in an order with your subscription items, and see if they cooperate a bit better. If you get your order confirmation email and see that they're still showing incorrect prices, just let me know and I'll be glad to take a look.
