Hey there, Paizonians. For my order #3634779, it looks like I was shipped the wrong product. Not only did I not get the limited edition of the "Visions of War" book, but the standard version of the book that I did receive was damaged across the front cover. It's kind of rough waiting weeks and weeks for your items only to find that one of them was the wrong item and that one being damaged, adding insult to injury.
I would like this situation to be rectified as soon as possible. How do we go about doing this? I guess I need to ship the standard version book back and you need to ship out the limited edition. That said, I really think I deserve expedited shipping for my new book. That seems reasonably fair given that Paizo received their money immediately from me.

I'm sorry to hear that you received the wrong book, and that it was damaged no less! Please feel free to keep the additional book that was delivered to you, with our apologies. If you do not have a use for it, please consider donating it to a local library, school, or game shop.
