Hello,

I ordered a bunch of map packs on August 9 and received confirmation that they have been shipped. I didn't received it yet and can't find any tracking number on the order. May I ask where the shipment is?

Hello LordEbola,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and unfortunately we do not have any tracking information available for it. It was sent out via UPS Mail Innovations, which does not provide us tracking information for international orders.

The way that Mail Innovations works, the shipment is sent via a courier to a nearby post office, where it is transferred and delivered the rest of the way by the postal service. There can sometimes be a delay when the package is transferred over, so that might explain why it has not arrived yet. I would say to give it just a couple more extra days to show up, just in case there was a hiccup in that process. However, if you still have not received the package by the end of this week, just let me know and I can get a replacement set up to be sent out to you.
