I'm curious when Order 4050335 is planned to ship? I figured it would be after the August subscription window, but I haven't received notice yet. I had a few issues with this order that Katina helped me with (moved from sidecart to ship immediately but the new order didn't get fully generated and required manual intervention). I wanted to make sure there weren't any other issues with it.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for checking in! It looks like your order is currently on a packing list in our warehouse, which means that it's in the batch that they're working on boxing up and shipping out. It's hard to tell exactly where your order will fall in this, since they do them in big chunks. However, once yours has been processed, it'll trigger you shipping confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. I don't see anything wrong with it, so it should be good to go as soon as they reach it.
Sorry again for the slowdown! With GenCon, a large sale, and then back-to-back subscriptions, our warehouse has been working at top steam to catch up things. Shouldn't be too much longer, though! Thanks for your patience. :)
