Who did the Chopper kill?

The names pretty much don't matter. It's more the fact that since Sandpoint is such a small and close-knit community, anyone doing a serial number on it's citizens, is going to be remembered as a bogeyman.
One definite victim was Casp Avertin, the former sheriff of Sandpoint (and not-so-secret love of mayor Deverin?).
The fan-made adventure (see Wayfinder #7) "Chopper's Island" lists Simon Korvut the son of Sandpoint's blacksmith as another victim.
If you want to have Chopper in your game look for an old post here on the forums dating back to January 13th, 2010 where James Jacobs postet a ghost-templated version of Chopper (or open the spoiler).

Avian Mastery (Su) Stoot can command and influence all normal birds as if via dominate animal at will. He can control any number of birds within a 60-foot radius in this manner. Once per day, he may cast summon swarm as a spell-like ability to summon a swarm of crows (treat as a bat swarm sans the wounding ability).
Weakness to Avians (Ex) Damage inflicted on Stoot from any avian's natural attacks is resolved as if he did not possess the incorporeal defensive ability. This includes creatures that have assumed the form of an avian.

I was just asking. I'm starting a Rise of the rune lords game tomorrow evening, and I thought that I would do a quick summary of the "late unpleasantness" for those whose characters were born and raised in Sandpointe
The list that I used I posted here.
Technically that's the memorial plaque on the outside of the new Cathedral.
I did have (at least) one line backgrounds for all of those people in case it became relevant.
