Midgard has dwarven airships run on a gas-bearing ore. They are in the setting, and detailed in KQ#7 --maps by Jonathan Roberts. :)
Journeys to the West, we did ship templates, which allow you to just apply various templates to existing vehicles, making airships that much easier to create.
Oh, and Rhune has one airship, a unique thing for the setting, but it's there and no reason your version couldn't have more.

Okay, there's Skybourne. What else is out there for airships, or settings featuring airships?
Pirates of the Bronze Sky focuses on airship with the Skyships of Nova Avalon PDF. You might want to check out Vehicles of Legend (PFRPG) for some good ideas too.

Not Pathfinder, but Airships by Bastion Press back in the 3.0/3/5 days. Now owed by Dragonwing Games. Still shows up on Drivethrurpg under Bastion Press though.
Also Eberron had Airships and there is an article in Kobold Quarterly #7. The Aerial Adventure Guide: Sky Captain's Handbook by Goodman games.
Heck type Airships into Paizo and/or Drivethrurpg's search boxes and see what comes up.

The Zeitgeist adventure path (for Pathfinder) has an industrial tech setting. It doesn't start off with airships, but tech continues to move along over the course of the campaign (for example, PCs go through the transition from flintlock to rifled weapons). In the final 1/3 of the campaign, eventually airships get invented, and then there's some pretty cool aerial combats.
