Hi,

I am inquiring about my order 4009221 placed July 24. It is still listed as "pending". Is it possible to investigate to see if it is being held up by one item?

Thanks for your question! It looks like your order is just held up by the order traffic that's been the result of subscriptions and sale orders trying to go out at the same time. It's on a packing list now, which means that it's in the current batch that they're working on, but I don't have an exact estimate of when they'll reach it in the queue. Once they do, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
