Hello,

There was a Paizo HumbleBundle a while ago that I purchased, and part of that was bundle included the beginners box. It had been on backlog for several months, which I understand, as stocks can be limited, but now it's been pending for at least another month. Furthermore, I've been charged $55.14 for shipping twice now, once on the 20th May 2016, and again on the 30th June, 2016. Like, what gives?

Thank you for supporting charitable giving through the Pathfinder HumbleBundle! With regards to the backorder, we began receiving the new stock in May and have been shipping them out ever since. We estimate wrapping up redeemed HB orders Mid-July.

Paizo is not able to settle charges to credit card payment methods until we are shipping your product. The transaction you saw in May was an authorization. Authorizations verify the payment data has been entered correctly and there are available funds. Most banks or financial institutions place a "hold" on authorized funds, removing it from the available balance of your account, but the money does not actually leave the account until the charge is settled. If the merchant has not settled the charge by a predetermined date, the hold is removed and the money becomes available again.
Because the product was on backorder, the initial authorization from May 20th expired and those funds should have been released by your bank or financial institution. On June 26th, when your order came up in the queue to prepare to ship, we successfully authorized the card and it should be shipping very soon which will settle this authorization.
