This order has said pending for the last week, should it have been shipped by now or is there a reason for the delay as the payment authorization expires today. If it's not meant to have been sent yet could you let me know when it's likely to be shipped. Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thankyou.

I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that everything is just fine. It's currently on a packing slip and should be sent out shortly. Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. Your charge is not actually finalized until the confirmation email is sent, so it should not be a problem if the payment authorization expires.
Since it's part of a subscription, it's not necessarily unusual to have it pending for this long. We generate all of our monthly subscription orders at the same time, and then allow a two-week period to get them all shipped out, though it does not usually take the full two weeks. We do not have control over where your order falls in the queue, so it could be towards the front one month, and towards the back the next.
If you're ever worried about how long your subscription is pending, we post a new subscription shipment thread each month in the Customer Service forums, detailing which items are being released as well as the timeframe that we expect to be generating and shipping subscriptions. We do try to keep the thread updated as best we can, so if we post that all subscriptions have been shipped and you have not yet received yours, then it's best to contact us.
