My subscription has been pending for quite a while. I noticed that shipping emails were going out - haven't received mine yet. Should I be worried?

Hi Paul,

Subscription shipments just started going out at the beginning of this week, and we generally allow about 2 weeks to get everything proceed and shipped. I've taken a look into your order specifically, and it appears to be on a packing slip in our warehouse, so it should be sent out pretty soon!

Once our warehouse has processed it, they'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. If you're ever curious about the shipping window for subscriptions, we post a monthly shipping thread where we give updates for our timeframes. If you're still within the 2 weeks, there's usually nothing to worry about.

Excellent! Thank you for taking the time to reply, it's very reassuring. Let's just say my Hell's Vengeance Cavalier is hitting level five this weekend, so this month's book is very important to me. :)
