order # 3882635 (No Response From Paizo


Customer Service


I received a message yesterday that order #3882635 could not be processed due to insufficient funds in the associated account.

There is funds in the account. But nothing I seem to do allows me to try to run the purchase again.

I've called customer service yesterday and today and left messages. No response.

I've sent an email. No response.

What does it take to talk to someone there so I can get this fixed?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry that we have not yet had the chance to respond to you. I found your email in our inbox, but we are still catching up on some older ones and have not yet had a chance to read it.

For the phones, I suspect that either we were all on the phone at the time you called (there were only 2 of us here yesterday), or that you may have called outside our phone hours (10am - 5pm PST). Either way, I apologize that we were not able to answer.
