Interesting notion. We know Androffa had a highly advanced society but suffered an unknown cataclysm and fell back to at least a medieval society. The fall and recovery placed Androffa at about equal to Golarion in terms of development as of approximately 4600 AR. Its entirely possible that Androffa continued on its redevelopment and became a star faring planet once again but certainly not guaranteed. I would assume then that the Androffans have not visited Golarion as of the start of the Starfinder timeline.
My assumption for Starfinder is that the Gap starts at just a little before the first published AP. which is a point in Golarion history in which almost nothing of Androffa is known. Also, FTL travel is an extremely recent invention due to a newly ascended AI god.
Based on this i would assume Androffa is entirely unknown to Golarion space and Golarion is entirely unknown to the Androffans as of the launch of Starfinder.
I would not however be surprised to see an AP line at some point that at least references the planet.

Last we knew Androffa was at the same tech level as Golarion. Also, they're in another galaxy altogether. So it's highly unlikely we'll be seeing them any time soon.
Or they could be missionaries of the new AI deity who bring the secret of FTL travel to the Golarion solar system, for all we know.
Androffans used wormholes, Absalom folk will be using "subspace" style travel through a parallel dimension.

Androffans *tried* to use wormholes. Last time i checked that didnt work out so well for them. Actually Technology based FTL doesnt seem to work in the Golarion setting, the only things that can reliably travel at FTL are magic based portals, some creatures with supernatural abilities and, probably, the Dominion of the black through unknown means.

It worked just fine until they bumped into the Dominion of The Black.
