A People Out of Place - Examining the Kasatha

A reader asked me about information of the kasatha, but as we went to find some I realize there are basically four entries with very little information. So he asked if I would flesh them out and see what I could do. Then with the announcement of Starfinder I thought it would be as good a time as any to show my fleshed out version of these four armed wonders. So I give you one possible example of kasathan cutlure.

Someone help me out her, posting a question (hope I have it correct) from a friend: How may attacks would a Kasatha have with a BAB+15 with the Mulit-Weapon fighting & improved to weapon fighting & greater to weapon fighting feats? What would the attach for progression be? Thanks Jon

There is some dispute over whether the TWF feat would also be required or if the MWF feat covers it. Personally, I think MWF should be enough.

Otherwise, assuming all off-hand weapons are light and no other to-hit modifiers;

Main Hand: +13/+8/+3 (extra attacks due to high BAB)
Off-hand 1: +13/+8/+3 (extra attacks due to ITWF & GTWF)
Off-hand 2: +13
Off-hand 3: +13
