Bat-Folk Custom Race
Bat-Folk were created on another world on the material plane in another solar system with 3 moons and 2 suns. This world has 24 hour night and a 12 hour day cycle. Bat-Folk’s are human like bats that eat fruits, grains, and rice. They are usually 5 foot 4 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall. For bat humanoids, they are a more pleasant looking race than most people will admit. Their homes will have more beams than most, to hang from. They prefer to hang upside down while sleeping. Bedrolls and tents are made to hang from household beams and trees. Clothing cost 10% more due to their wings and leather straps and anklets to hold up dresses when they are upside down. Armor cost’s 25% more than normal armor for the same reasons. Female Bat-folk’s tend to wear leather armor and chain shirt armor in two pieces, the first piece covers the body as a one-piece swimsuit covering from loins to shoulders and the second piece is a leather miniskirt. In the past, the Bat-Folk saved their deity of love, fertility, music, and night from a gruesome fate. She blessed them to be endowed with organs twice the size as humans for their gender.

Bat-folk Items
Foot Crossbow
Cost 75gp, Damage for small creatures 1d8, Damage for medium creatures 1d10, Critical range 19-20/x3, Ranged 145 feet, Weight 10 lbs, Damage Piercing.
Foot crossbows are larger crossbows meant to be used by flying races with prehensile feet. These crossbows have two extra handles at different spots for a flying creature to hold onto and aim. Also, the foot crossbow has a lever to draw and load the crossbow. The foot crossbow uses a 20 bolt magazine that is reuseable, just retrieve your bolts, or buy more. And load them back into the magazine. The foot crossbow is not a repeating crossbow. And extra magazines cost 15 GP. Bat-folk Eldritch Archers love this weapon.
Bat-o-Rang
Cost 3gp, Damage for small creatures 1d6, Damage for medium creatures 1d8, Critical range 18-20/x2, thrown range 40 feet, weight 1 ½ lbs., slashing damage, Special disarm and deadly.
This 14-inch boomerang is shaped like a bat! (I’M BATMAN!) That folds down into the size of a shuriken for storage, and for hiding! Eldritch Archers can use this Bat-o-Rang as their ranged spell strike weapon! This weapon is very sharp and might sever limbs at your game master’s choice. It’s only a flesh wound style! Bat-folk always enchants their Bat-O-Rang’s in this order, Magic metal like Adamantine, +1 enchantment, Returning, Keen, and then their preference’s.
Exploding Bat-O-Rang
This +1 Adamantine returning keen Bat-O-Rang has a bat symbol on its center with two rubies for eyes. Each eye can hold a 3rd level fireball spell as a spell storing item that can only hold a 3rd level fireball spell. When you throw this Bat-O-Rang you say a command word and a fireball goes off on the target you hit first. You can recharge this magic item with your 3rd level spell slots or both with a 6th level spell slot. When you can cast 6th level spells you automatically know the command word that will let you set off and combine both of the 3rd levels fireball spells into a 6th level fireball. The rubies can hold one spell charge each.

1) First off, please use Google Drive or some other source. No one wants to read a wall of unformatted text.
2) I'd like to see more about the lore. Though, some of it comes off as a really bad joke. Particularly the parts about females wearing bikini mail, and it's just not necessary to increase armor and clothing costs. That doesn't make any sense and other races don't have this issue unless they're Large. I'd like more of an explanation about how the race saved their goddess of fertility, even if the boon comes off as kind of creepy and immature.
3) Remove Skill Training (Climb, Fly). This is fairly useless because you can't have ranks in Fly without a fly speed, and the race gets a climb speed, which automatically gives them a +8 racial bonus to Climb checks.
4) Prehensile Feet is probably the most interesting part of your race, but it needs further elaboration. It's obviously not a refluffed prehensile tail since the race can use them to wield weapons. How does it work? Are they extra off-hands? Do they work like alchemist vestigial hands where they can wield weapons but don't grant extra attacks? Is this a harpy-like race where they have wings for arms and must use their feet for everything?
5) Better Flight feat should have an 8th 9th or 10th level requirement. At-will flight is an 8th or 9th level ability. By comparison, the Angel Wings feat requires level 10, and Tengu Wings only lasts once per day.
6) The Echolocation feat is way too powerful. Even as a 9th level feat, blindsight 40 feet is an insanely powerful ability because it negates all forms of concealment. I suggest making this blindsense and maybe lowering the level requirement.
7) The foot crossbow is an interesting idea, but there's a ton of missing information about it. What does it take to reload it? Can it be fired from one foot? Is it a martial or exotic weapon? At a glance, it just seems like a WAY better repeating crossbow.
8) The text involving fireball doesn't make much sense. What does it mean to make a fireball 6th level? Is it basically a Heighten Spell on steroids? If so, this item should be ridiculously expensive.

Hi there. Let's try to be less blunt that Cyrad. If this is a personal (yours or someone else's who's playing an eldritch archer) race for a homebrew campaign, you should say that.
I don't mind your wall of text, but Cyrad's right. Use a word-like program to save as pdf, then save that to a Dropbox. Dropbox lets you post updates to links instantly, and is your friend. Suddenly realize a nasty typo? Fix it without a repost.
I don't care about custom race lore, I read for mechanics. It comes of as furry stuff from the 'organs' sentence, which doesn't bother me, but consider not posting that bit here. I get where you're coming from with the increased armor cost: Unusually shaped races have to pay twice as much, but bats are kind-of-unusually shaped. I'd keep all clothing as 25% more to simplify things though.
If you're using the race builder, please make sure your custom race gets 11 rp worth of abilities. Listen to Cyrad.
As to the racial weapons, don't be so quick to replace regular weapons with better versions. Even If that crossbow requires all 4 limbs to fire, giving it a 20 ammo clip is overkill. While you say it is not a repeating crossbow, how is it different other than it's better?
The exploding Adam West-o-rang would read more easily if each eye were a minor ring of spell storing that only allowed fireball. Alternatively it would be more powerful, customizable, and cheaper to have it act like a wand of fireball, as each crafter could chose what caster level they wanted to create their fireball at, but that's your call.
Cyrad is right here too in that combining both fireballs as one spell activation item would make it much more expensive. Double damage should be expensive, not free. if you're dead set on free, keep your 6th level spells prerequisite, but destroy the item if you use both at once.
If you want fireball to function as a sixth level spell for higher level exploding Christopher Nolan-o-rangs, you'd need to treat it as a custom staff.
This is starting to sound neat.

If you made the race small, you would have a better stealth bonus and wouldn't need to spend RP on a measly +1. Also, I don't think that bats are known for their senses outside of echolocation. Not more so than other animals anyways. Not actually sure about that. Also, you probably don't need Darkvison of 120 ft.
I like the +2 Dex +2 Cha version better.
