I also had a question about shipping rates. Right now I'm paying 17.19 a month for UPS if I'm shipping an AP volume, one campaign setting book, and a Player Companion. How much would that drop (if at all) if I dropped my Companion subscription for PDF only?

Thanks for your questions! I've canceled your Modules subscription and you should be receiving a confirmation email for that momentarily.
As for shipping, it's very difficult to be predict prices since they can fluctuate so much depending on the volume of the shipment and the shipping method. It looks like UPS Ground is set as your default shipping method, which can be a bit pricier depending on the package.
For example, if your last shipment could have been sent via Standard Post for $8.32 or USPS Priority for $12.87. However, I know that some have other reasons that UPS Ground is more efficient, so I don't know if that's the case with you as well.
Using just last month's AP and Player Companion to make an example order, the prices looked like this:
Standard Post: $6.93
USPS Priority: $11.97
UPS Ground: $15.99
Again, these prices aren't necessarily static, but hopefully they can give you a ballpark estimate. If you'd like to change your default shipping method, you should be able to do so on your account page. Otherwise if you'd like to keep UPS Ground and cancel the Campaign Setting subscription, just let me know and I'll be able to help you with that.

I've had too many lost or very, very slow shipments with standard or usps ground. UPS is my least bad option.
No, I'm keeping Campaign Setting either way. The question for me is going for PDFs on Player Companions or not but if it's only like $4 for a subscription copy and shipping on top of the PDF, then it's kind of a no brainer.
