Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I took a peek into your order, and I think what happened is that since there was a Beginner Box in the order, it had set the shipping to Priority. However, the Beginner Box was canceled and the shipping should have reverted back to the cheapest option, but it decided to be stubborn instead.
I'll go ahead and issue a refund for the difference ($26.74 USD) back to your payment method. You should see those funds appear on your account in 1 - 5 business days, depending on how quickly your bank processes the request.
