I keep stumbling across threads that touch on this issue, but can someone link me to the best sources that address the issue of whether or not you can have two familiars?
For a suitable example: Picking up a familiar from the familiar bloodline option of a abyssal bloodrager (Squeezer (Ex) as a bonus ability for the familiar), then taking Aberrant Tumor as my first feat.
If I dont get two familiars (despite only having one class) does the one familiar have its Squeezer ability and the tumor abilities?

Levels of different classes that are entitled to familiars stack.
Note that this only indirectly means one cannot have two separate Familiars from two classes, and nothing is said about having two Familiars keyed off levels of the same class.

All I can find to say you can't have more than one is on the Familiar Bond feat:
You can never have more than one familiar.
Im assuming despite being hidden away on a feat, this is the ruling across all sources of familiars.

Yes, it seems pretty clear that the intent is that you can only have one familiar. What isn't clear is what happens when you are multiclassed into classes with incompatible familiars.
That is, if you are entitled to an Eyeball Familiar, a Tumor Familiar, a Homunculus familiar, and/or a 'regular' Familiar how would you combine those into one? Would you be unable to take classes that grant conflicting familiar types? Would you combine options where possible and have separate familiars (with a subset of levels) where not possible?
To me, that last option seems the most plausible, but I don't think there is any clear rule. Still, the vast majority of familiar options you just add the levels together and tack on any special rules.

I figure you'd just end up with an abomination style super familiar with all the abilities, doesnt seem at all OP given the feat / dipping investment. Not that anyone would want to...
