First, let me post this link. That gives you additional links to community use policies.
Second, lately there have been cards created publicly on DTC using the PACG Card Creator that violate Intellectual Property rules based on either content or artwork. Doesn't matter if it is English, German or another language, we need to be sure that the cards we're creating publicly are actually public domain. If you're not sure, make the card Private! Better safe than sorry.
A lot of us enjoy the use of the Card Creator. It would be a shame to see something happen to it if copyrighted material pops up there without being authorized. You can always create stuff privately and print it for yourselves. No harm, no foul.

I would like to 200% support Theryon.
We have been working for the last 6 months on a fan-made full Adventure Set + Add-ons + Adventure decks in the Planescape adventure background. We need 2-3 months more to fully tune it before we produce the PRIVATE 1000 cards or so that we need to conduct our home game.
It would kill us if someone was to violate the rules and put a stop to DriveThruCards before we can print that. Not to mention that we need DriveThru to be able to keep producing errata decks for Paizo.
So PLEASE respect the deal. Paizo and DriveThru offered a tremendous gift to the community. Don't break our toy!
