my order is supposed to use store credit, which I definitely have enough to cover the price, however the order is saying something about the payment being declined and stuff, so pretty lost as to what is going on, I just want the money for this order to come from only the store credit, and if any came from anywhere else, I would like it returned

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm not sure why our system was getting a bit confused with your store credit, but I think I should have it untangled now. I think our system may have been confused because part of the order had shipped and the rest had not.

I've moved your Oracle Deck to a new order and made sure that the store credit will be applied. I'll be sending you a new confirmation email for that so you can look it over in just a moment. Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.
