I attempted to order a PDF and t-shirt from the store, but the website won't allow me to make an order. It sticks on the 'Confirm Order' page and redirects me to the page each time I click 'Place Order'. I emptied the cart and refilled it, removed the payment information from Manage My Payment Methods and even waited 12 hours to see if it would clear up on it's own. At this point I am unable to order anything from the website and it's quite frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this because I ordered both digital and physical products?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look, and it seems that this order is having problems because of the Address Verification Check. Nevermind, I spoke too soon! I was able to figure out what was happening with the addresses and to submit the order successfully. Your PDFs should now be on your account, and the shirt is now pending.

Please note that the shirt needs to be ordered from our distributor, so it has a listed availability of 15 - 45 business days. It will remain pending until we receive more stock, and then we'll send it out as soon as we can. Since we don't finalize charges for physical products until they are shipped, you should only see charges for the PDFs finalized.
