Did I place my order for Ultimate Intrigue correctly and in time to get it with everyone else starting the 14th... or was I too late? I am unclear from the post whether I had until the 10th or until the end of the 10th... And now I see authorization started midday the 10th... so I guess I was too late. Darn it!

Thank you for your question! I've taken a look into your order, and everything seems to be just fine. Your subscription is started and the book is pending, so it should be able to ship just the same as all the rest of the subscription books.
For future reference, you should be able to start a subscription at any time! We post our monthly shipping thread in Customer Service for those who already have subscriptions, so they can see which items are coming out and when to expect their orders to generate and ship. However, you can start a subscription at any time and it will automatically create an order for whichever item you choose to start with. The 10th is just the date that we started generating orders this month. :)
Your order #3898562 is pending and should be sent sometime in the next two weeks. Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that the book is on the way and the PDF is available on your account. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help out as best I can.
