Order # 3891131 split subscription from other order

Hi CS team

Could you please split this order so the subscription products ship separately from the new stuff? I'm sorry I didn't ship the new stuff immediately. Web site issues prevented me from getting a clear overview of my total buy, I got a bit carried away buying stuff.

I've looked in more detail at what I saw on the checkout screen.

To clarify, my March subscription was 5 items, 2 packages. Standard Postal Delivery. Estimated Shipping & Handling: US$41.20

After I bought more items my expected March shipment was 19 items, 5 packages. Standard Postal Delivery. Estimated Shipping & Handling: US$123.71

However, my order now implies it is coming in one big package?

19 items. Estimated package weight: 14 lbs. Shipping & Handling: $103.34

This does not work for me as the single package incurs customs and biosecurity fees of ~NZ$150 (US$100)

So I'd rather have the 5 packages as I was expecting on the checkout.

Since you were quoted a different shipping method and price in the checkout, I can go ahead and change your order back to the shipping method that you had intended to use. I will go ahead and get that taken care of, and you'll receive an updated confirmation email in just a moment to reflect those changes. Take a look over that confirmation, and let me know if anything needs to be changed.

Please note that we are not allowed to alter shipping methods solely for the purpose of avoiding/reducing customs fees.
