Customer service will be offline from 12pm to about 2pm, PST March 2nd. We will not be able to take you calls, but as soon as we are back online we will be diving into the messageboards, emails and phones.

Your small but very effective customer service team has be working well beyond the normal scope of usual duties. Getting an email response from Diego at 10:19PM on a Saturday about the miniatures order not showing up just proves how much the team has been putting a lot of time. I hope there's nice bonus for you and the IT team.
