can't download anything

i cannot download anything when i click on it to download anything it goes to this address [deleted] and it says this page is not available and that the connection has timed out.

Due to all the new people trying to download their PDFs at once, the process has slowed down. If you are using Chrome (which most of us who have had the time-out problem were), that browser has a set period of time before it gives up on the connection and gives you the time-out message.

People have had success by copy/pasting the address from the timed-out link into IE, Edge, Firefox, or some other browser. Firefox, in particular, allows the use to set the amount of time before it gives up on establishing the connection; instructions on downloading the browser and changing the setting can be found in this post.
