Hello there wonderful customer service representative!

I hope that you are having a lovely day, and that the Humble Bundle campaign is going well.

In my most recent order (Order 3821238) I added a chain devil miniature to ship with it, but in my final email it stated that the chain devil wouldn't ship with this order. That was no big deal. The order arrived the other day, and all was well.

However, on Paizo.com my order (Order 3821238) is still listed as pending and the chain devil isn't in my sidecart, where I figured it would be put since it didn't ship. So is the poor devil stuck in Limbo (which must be horrible for the LE outsider)?

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look and it does seem like the devil was sitting in limbo. :( No worries, though! I've moved him to your sidecart where he should be nice and comfy until he goes out with your next subscription order. If you decide you'd like to get him underway before then, just let me know and I'll give him a nudge.
