Order 3838818 - Combat Tiers

Hello!

I understand that the Combat Tiers product has a longer then usual wait for delivery due to the manufacturer. I've searched the forum and found that sometimes the manufacturer needs a little push to get the ball moving a bit.

I ordered this Jan 29 and it's been more than 21 days - was hoping someone could take a look and perhaps provide an ETA (or reach out to the manufacturer) on when this could be delivered? Was hoping to have this before a trip in March.

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, I don't have much of an update for you. Since the Combat Tiers Family Pack is already past our best estimate of 14 - 21 business days, I don't have a more precise ETA at the moment. From what I can tell, our manufacturer has been contacted and they said that there are some on the way to us, but they have yet to arrive.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. If you need to alter or cancel the order, just let me know and I'll be sure that it's taken care of right away. Otherwise, it should be sent out as soon as we receive our restock. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help out as best I can.
