I was wondering: With the revised price for the vial of efficacious medicine, (Per the latest AR update) what does this do for those who have purchased it before? Am I able to get a full refund? Or...?
I'm assuming the answer is yes, but I just want to make sure before I go making adjustments on my sheets.

If the price of an item changes to become more expensive: Sell back the affected equipment at its original full market value based on its remaining number of charges (if any). So long as you have enough gp and Fame, you can purchase the same item at its updated cost.
That should cover things.
