UPS Tracks it to Feb 16 2016 Transfer to PO no further tracking avail CINCINNATI, OH

It's been 6 days since they gave it to the Post Office. Is there a USPS tracking number to check where it is?

My Mail person of late has been a real pain, delivering several packages to a house down the street. Since I have no tracking I have no way to tell if it was delivered. Usually Orders take a week to the day when shipped from Paizo.
