Hello,

I made this purchase (order 3369038) for the "Description Cards: Writers & Storyteller's Grid Download" today. The description for this product states that the download will contain the following files:

Combat Description Cards Writer's Grid in .xls format (Microsoft Excel versions 1997-2003
Combat Description Cards Writer's Grid in .xlsx format (Microsoft Excel Version 2007 or greater)
Combat Description Cards Writer's Grid converted.xls to a pdf format
Combat Description Cards Writer's Grid in .ods format (Open Document Spreedsheet)

But the download in my account just contains two pdf-files as follows:

CombatDescriptionCardsWritersandGMScreen_PnP_Optimized.pdf
CombatDescriptionCardsWritersandGMScreen_PnP_ for11x17 Paper_Optimized.pdf

These pdf-files seem to contain only a very little part of the combat description and other cards.

How can I get the spreadsheet version I'm insterested in and I have payed for?
